Ca’s Xorc project

One of our latest Trends projects was fitting out the Garden Cottages at Ca’s Xorc Boutique Hotel.

Ca’s Xorc is a traditional Mallorcan-style estate that was converted in 1999 into one of the most beautiful hotels on the island, thanks to its privileged location on the outskirts of Sóller and its facilities.

In keeping with the hotel’s style, we focused on conveying that connection with nature, as it sits in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, overlooking the Mediterranean. That is why the layout of the space, the elements that make it up and its colors and textures all follow the most organic approach possible.

Natural tones and the interplay of different woods were the foundation on which we built an atmosphere rich in textures, mixing tradition with modern pieces and highlighting the materials and fibers of the decorative objects.

In both suites we completed an interior design project that reflects the Trends concept under the roof of Cas Xorc, playing with nuances and enhancing the brightness of these spectacular rooms to offer warmer spaces where well-being takes center stage.

A key part of the project was, without a doubt, the accessories and finishing touches, carefully chosen to give each space not only character but also subtlety, comfort and elegance.
