Interior design in Mallorca

At Trends Studio, we design, furnish and style homes around one simple idea: that every space should reflect the people who will live in it.

We look closely at the architecture, the light and how the home will be used, to put together a comprehensive proposal covering furniture, lighting, textiles, materials and decor.

We are with you from our very first conversation right through to installation and the final styling.

Our focus is on interior design and furnishing spaces. We don’t carry out building work.

A project that starts with how you want to live

An interior design project isn’t about applying a fixed style. It starts with understanding what you need, how you use each room, and how you want to feel when you walk through the door.

We work on new-build, renovated and homes that are already lived in, from apartments to houses and villas. We can take on a whole home or tailor the project’s scope to the spaces that need a joined-up approach.

Every decision has to work both aesthetically and practically: layout, proportions, comfort, flow, light and how the different rooms relate to one another.

What does our interior design service include?

The scope is defined by what the home needs and the stage the project is at.

Concept and layout

We assess the space and define an aesthetic direction that ties everything together. We look at furniture layout, circulation and how the rooms relate to each other, to make the most of the home naturally.

Furniture, lighting and decor

We select furniture, lighting, textiles, rugs, art and accessories, taking size, materials, use and budget into account.

Every piece is chosen for its role within the project, never in isolation

Management, delivery and installation

We coordinate ordering, receiving, transport and installation of the furniture. Our own installation team knows the project inside out and takes care over how every piece is placed.

We also offer after-sales support, and can complete each space with a final styling touch using decorative accessories.

Frequently asked questions about interior design in Mallorca

What does Trends Studio’s interior design service in Mallorca include?

Depending on the agreed scope, our interior design service includes the concept and furniture layout, the selection of furniture, lighting, textiles, rugs, art and accessories, order management, delivery and installation by our own team, and a final styling touch with no obligation to buy. We work on homes that are already built, renovated or already lived in, all across Mallorca.

How does an interior design project with Trends Studio get started?

Drop us a message and we will get in touch to find out about your taste and your project. From there, we’ll put together a product mood board with every detail and price included, present it in a meeting (in person or online) with a digital dossier and, once you approve it, prepare the quote or order for the furniture and accessories chosen.

What is the difference between the Basic and Premium packages?

Both include the product mood board, the project presentation, the detailed quote, delivery and installation, and the final styling. Premium adds a home visit with measurements taken, 2D floor plans and, where needed, an inspiration mood board for each room.

Do you carry out building work or renovations?

No. Our interior design service focuses on furniture, lighting, textiles, decor and styling. We pick up where the building work ends, on homes that are already built, renovated or lived in.

Can you design a whole home, or just certain rooms?

Both. We can furnish and decorate a whole home, or work on specific rooms only, from apartments and second homes to houses and villas. Each proposal is tailored to the space, your needs and the scope of the project, and the house is handed over fully furnished and arranged, ready to move into.

In which areas of Mallorca do you work?

Across the whole island. Between 2022 and 2026, we have carried out interior design projects in Cala Vinyes and Calvià, Ariany, Puerto de Pollença, Campanet, Sineu and Sa Ràpita, covering new-build properties, refurbished homes and second homes.

How will I know what my home will look like before I buy the furniture?

The proposal is presented in a digital dossier with the product mood board and, with the Premium package, 2D floor plans and an inspiration mood board for each room. You can also see and touch the furniture, materials and fabrics for yourself at our Palma and Son Bugadelles showrooms before deciding.

Who handles delivery and installation?

Trends Studio’s own team. We coordinate receiving the order, transport and installing the furniture, with no subcontractors, so timings never depend on anyone else. After-sales support is handled in-house too.

What is the final styling?

Once the furniture has been installed, we dress each space with a selection of decorative touches, with no obligation to buy: the table laid, the bed made and the lights on. That way you can see the finished home as a whole and decide which pieces to keep.

Which furniture brands do you work with?

We work with brands such as Ethnicraft, Dareels, Joquer, Sofactual, Todus, PLM Design, Smeg and Brabantia, with a preference for solid wood and natural materials. Every proposal specifies the manufacturer and model of each piece.

Esperanza has transformed my beautiful apartment in the old town of Palma de Mallorca into a true fairytale home ✨

With her amazing taste, sense of atmosphere, and an eye for every single detail, she turned a house into a real home. Everything is perfect. From the biggest pieces of furniture to the smallest accessory.

But what makes it even more special to me is Esperanza herself. She’s not only a top stylist, but also such a beautiful, kind, and warm-hearted person to work with. You can feel her heart in everything she does.

I would recommend her to anyone who dreams of a place where you instantly feel at home.
Thank you Esperanza for making this fairytale come true 🦋🦋❤️❤️

I needed someone who created a homely atmosphere in my new flat. I am not very good imagining spaces nor choosing furniture, colors and textures so I felt overwhelmed. A friend of mine talked to me about Trends so I decided to seek their help. Best idea ever! The designers delivered. Very professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.
