We design, furnish and style homes made to be lived in. We’re with you from the very first idea right through to installation and the final styling.

How we work

The same team is with you throughout the whole process. We listen, design the proposal, select every piece and coordinate orders, delivery and installation with our own fitting team.

We also take care of the final styling and after-sales support, so the original idea holds true right down to the last detail.

We favour pieces built to last, along with natural, organic or recycled materials whenever they suit the needs of the project.

An interior design project is judged by how the house looks on the day it is handed over. That’s why ours doesn’t end with installation: it ends with the house fully styled and ready to live in.

What is Trends Studio, and how does it relate to Trends Home?

Trends Studio is Trends Home’s interior design studio, based in Palma de Mallorca. It draws on more than thirty years of the brand’s experience in furniture and decor, backed by an in-house team of interior designers, to develop residential projects and professional solutions across Mallorca.

What kind of interior design projects does Trends Studio take on?

We work on entire homes and individual rooms alike, from apartments and second homes to houses and villas. Between 2022 and 2026 we’ve furnished homes in Cala Vinyes and Calvià, Ariany, Puerto de Pollença, Campanet and Sa Ràpita, in both new builds and renovations. We also develop contract furniture solutions for developers, estate agents and accommodation providers.

Do you carry out building work or renovations?

No, we don’t. Our service focuses on interior design through furniture, lighting, textiles, decor and styling. We pick up where the building work ends, on homes that are newly built, renovated or already lived in.

Can you furnish an entire home?

Yes, we can furnish and decorate a whole home, or work on specific rooms only. Each proposal is tailored to the space, requirements and scope of the project. The house is handed over fully furnished and arranged, ready to move into.

What does an interior design project include?

Depending on the agreed scope, it can include the interior design concept, the floor layout, the selection of furniture and materials, order management, delivery, installation by our own team, the final styling and after-sales support. Every piece is listed by brand, material and reference on a specification sheet that you keep once the project is complete.

What does the home staging service in Mallorca involve?

Once everything is installed, we dress the space with a selection of decorative touches, with no obligation to buy: the table laid, the bed made and the lights on throughout the house. That way you can see the finished home and decide which pieces you would like to keep.

Where are Trends Studio’s showrooms in Palma de Mallorca and Calvià?

We have two showrooms in Mallorca. The Palma showroom, at Carrer de Berenguer de Tornamira 9, is where our interior design team works on your project and where you can see materials, fabrics and finishes alongside the plans. Our Son Bugadelles showroom, in Calvià, is at Carrer de València 47, with fully dressed kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor settings. Between the two, we have over 2,000 m² of display space. What’s the difference between an interior designer and a decorator?

A decorator works with the look and feel of a space that has already been designed: textiles, colour and accessories. Trends Studio’s interior designers start earlier than that, with the floor layout, furniture selection, lighting and materials, each piece specified on its own sheet. Decor is the final layer of that work, not the whole job.

Which furniture brands do you work with?

We work with brands such as Ethnicraft, Dareels, Joquer, Sofactual, Todus, PLM Design, Smeg and Brabantia, with a preference for solid wood and natural materials. Every project specifies the exact piece, brand and material chosen, rather than relying on generic descriptions.

Who handles installation and after-sales support?

Installation is carried out by Trends Studio’s own team, with no subcontractors, so deadlines never depend on third parties. After-sales support is also handled in-house, and the same person who welcomes you at your first showroom visit stays with your project right through to the end.

     Wir haben vor einem Jahr auch unser gesamtes Haus mit Trends Home eingerichtet und waren bei allem super zufrieden.

Selbst wenn es mal kleinere Probleme gab (was bei so einem Projekt ja nie ganz vermeidbar ist )haben uns jetzt Mariana und
