Home in Sineu

Located in Sineu and surrounded by the characteristic landscape of inland Mallorca, this new-build home was designed to make the most of the natural light, the views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the connection with its surroundings. For this project, the Trends Studio team chose a contemporary Mediterranean interior design, where the warmth of noble materials and the generous proportions of the spaces define the essence of the project.

The proposal grew out of open, light-filled architecture, with large interconnected rooms and a careful selection of materials. The natural stone finishes, the stone-clad walls and the exposed wooden beams bring character and authenticity, reinforcing the identity of the home.

The furniture, carefully selected by our team of interior designers, brings balance and comfort to every room. Ethnicraft pieces, such as the coffee tables, sit alongside the Cala sofa and the Bob bed, creating warm, elegant settings where clean lines and noble materials prevail.

Organic textures play a leading role throughout the project. Sand, white and neutral tones dominate the colour palette, while linen fabrics, light curtains and wooden details heighten the feeling of freshness and well-being. Small accents in olive green and the presence of plants add a fresh, sophisticated touch.

The porch, the terrace and the garden act as an extension of the interior spaces, and the pool blends harmoniously into the landscape, becoming a true retreat of calm and well-being.

The result is a bright, timeless home where architecture and interior design live in perfect harmony to create a home made for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
