What data we process
We process the data you provide through the website contact form (name, email address, phone number, location of the home or space and any information you include in your message), the data you give us by email, by phone or at our showrooms when requesting information or a quote, and the data arising from any commercial or contractual relationship you have with us, including the data needed to carry out an interior design project (address of the property, floor plans, measurements and photographs of the space).
We also process the browsing data generated when you visit the website, as described in the Cookie policy.
The data requested in the forms is necessary to deal with your request. If you do not provide it, we will not be able to process it. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you give us is accurate and for informing us of any changes.
Why we process your data
- To answer the enquiries, requests for information and quotes you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- To manage the commercial and contractual relationship: preparing the interior design proposal, the quote, furniture orders, delivery, installation, final styling and after-sales support.
- To arrange visits to the property and to our showrooms in Palma and Son Bugadelles.
- To comply with the legal, tax and accounting obligations that apply to us.
- To send you communications about our services, projects and news, only if you have given your consent or if you are a client and they concern services similar to those you have contracted. You may object at any time.
- To keep the website secure and improve how it works using browsing data.
We do not create profiles or take automated decisions using your data.
Legal basis
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR): handling requests for information and quotes, and managing projects and orders.
- Consent (Article 6.1.a): sending commercial communications and using non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c): tax, accounting and consumer protection obligations.
- Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f): website security, improving our services and communications to clients about similar services.
How long we keep your data
- Data from enquiries and requests for information is kept while the request is being dealt with and for a maximum of one year from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship begins.
- Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once it has ended, for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations (generally six years for accounting and tax records).
- Data processed to send communications is kept until you withdraw your consent or object.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. In order to provide our services, the following may have access to it as data processors under contract: the website hosting company, email and management service providers, our tax and accounting advisers and, where applicable, furniture manufacturers and carriers, to the extent necessary for delivery and installation. These providers are located in the European Union or, if not, offer adequate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
The website displays Google reviews and may include third-party content (maps, videos, social networks). These services may process your browsing data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to IBOLIP DISEÑO S.L., Carrer de Berenguer de Tornamira, 9, bajos, 07012 Palma, or by email to info@trendshome.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a document proving your identity.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction, taking into account the nature of the data and the risks involved in the processing.
