A contract project calls for a combination of design, functionality and project management. At Trends Studio, we centralise all the different stages, so that every decision stays consistent and the process moves forward smoothly.

We look closely at the space, how it is used and the people who will be using it. From there, we put together a furniture and fit-out selection tailored to the needs of the project.

Concept and furniture selection

We put together a proposal that works with the architecture, the identity of the space and how it is used day to day.

We select indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, textiles, rugs, decor and any other elements needed to complete each space.

Material and finish recommendations

We recommend materials, textures and finishes suited to how the space will be used, weighing up appearance, upkeep and durability.

We work with natural and recycled wood, fibres, fabrics and other organic or sustainable materials whenever they suit the needs of the project.

Order management and logistics

We coordinate ordering, receiving products and planning deliveries, keeping track of every stage along the way.

Delivery, installation and after-sales support

Our in-house team handles transport and installation of the furniture. We also offer after-sales support to deal with anything that comes up after installation.

How do we approach a contract project?

Each project moves through clear stages, from the initial assessment of the space through to the final check of the installation.

1. We get to know the space and its needs

We look at the location, the use, the people who will use it and the scope of the project, to understand what each space needs to deliver.

2. We prepare the proposal

We define the aesthetic direction and select the furniture, materials, lighting, textiles and decor.

3. We coordinate the supply chain

We manage orders and organise the receiving and delivery of the chosen pieces.

4. We install and check the result

Our team carries out the installation and checks that every element is placed exactly as proposed.

     Wir haben vor einem Jahr auch unser gesamtes Haus mit Trends Home eingerichtet und waren bei allem super zufrieden.
