Trends Home interior design studio was in charge of transforming the interior design of this renovated house located in the village of Pollença to adapt it to the needs and wishes of the new owners.
This completely refurbished detached house stood out on its own thanks to its characteristic architectural elements such as: the white beams, the wooden slats on the staircase or the Zarci stone flooring, typical of the island of Mallorca.
To highlight these unique features and create the home of the owners’ dreams, our interior designers decided to opt for quality furniture in natural oak wood that blends seamlessly with the structural elements, creating a visually spacious and continuous space throughout the house.
We opted for a functional and stylish combination of straight-lined furniture, such as the Mikado table, the Shadow television unit and the Spindle bedside tables by Ethnicraft, with other more dynamic pieces, such as the Nina dining chairs and the Tripod coffee table, to give it the Nordic-Mediterranean decorative style that the owners were looking for and which fits in perfectly with the essence of the village.
The upholstered furniture, such as the Cala sofa and the textiles in neutral tones, bring an extra warmth and calmness to the house, achieving a comfortable and intimate atmosphere that invites relaxation.
One of the jewels of this home is its large outdoor space with swimming pool, dining room and relaxation area. Meticulously crafted solid teak furniture was chosen to ensure comfort and elegance when enjoying the outdoor environment and withstanding the inclement weather.
In order to preserve the calm and familiar air that the owners were looking for, our experts chose, as a final touch for this large townhouse, a simple decoration where plants, rustic textures and mustard-coloured details stand out.
