Located in the idyllic surroundings of Son Font, in the municipality of Calviá, this detached villa with swimming pool is a space where harmony between nature and interior design becomes the essence of the home.
To achieve a careful balance between architecture, materials and aesthetics was the starting point for the Trends Studio team for this interior design project. The design of the home starts with a base of wooden floors, a nod to traditional craftsmanship that brings warmth and sophistication. The combination with solid oak furniture, such as the Mikado dining table or the Bok chairs by Ethnicraft, reinforces the sensation of solidity and acts as a connecting thread, providing continuity and fluidity between the spaces. The contrast with micro-cement surfaces creates a visual balance between the rustic and the contemporary.

The open concept layout maximises the entry of natural light, reflected in the softly coloured walls and the delicate selection of textiles and light upholstery that enhance the feeling of comfort and reinforce the timeless elegance of the home. Every detail, from the decorative ceramic elements, to the minimalist vegetation, to the mirrors with wooden frames, contributes to a balanced aesthetic without excesses. The layout of the spaces favours a fluid transition between indoors and outdoors, creating a constant connection with nature and the Mallorcan landscape.
For this spectacular part of the estate, which has a swimming pool, dining room and relaxation area, Trends Home’s interior design team selected contemporary, high-quality furniture in neutral tones to ensure comfort, elegance and durability.
