New-Build Home in Campanet

Located in the charming village of Campanet, this newly built home combines the serenity of the Mallorcan landscape with contemporary architecture defined by clean, balanced lines. Its setting, with open views of the sea and the Serra de Tramontana, served as the main inspiration for our interior design studio when selecting materials, colours and textures.

The project embraces an aesthetic that blends industrial character with Mediterranean warmth, creating an atmosphere rich in personality and comfort. Exposed concrete ceilings bring strength and texture, while natural wood joinery and a palette of neutral tones — whites, soft greys and sandy hues — lend softness to the whole. Lightweight fabrics and continuous surfaces enhance the natural light, reinforcing the sense of calm that defines the entire property.

The carefully curated furniture selection, created by our interior design team, features pieces from Ethnicraft and Dareels, brands renowned for their timeless design and commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability. The Mikado oval dining table by Ethnicraft, the Rijal sideboard by Dareels and the Menorca sofa are just a few examples of pieces that bring balance and warmth to the interior. The contrast introduced by the black furniture, such as the Rijal TV cabinet (Dareels) and Osso stools (Ethnicraft), adds depth and a touch of contemporary elegance that completes the project’s overall harmony.

In the bedrooms, Trends Studio combines simple-lined furniture with soft fabrics and subtle touches of colour that bring vitality and visual balance. Floor lamps by Aromas del Campo, with their sculptural and contemporary design, act as statement pieces that enhance the composition.

Outdoors, the pool merges seamlessly with the landscape, while the oak and aluminium furniture invites relaxation and enjoyment of the surroundings.
