MODERN NEW FLAT IN CALA D’OR

Practical and cosy new build flat, located in a residential complex in Cala d’Or, Mallorca. For this project, our expert interior designers worked on the creation of harmonious, functional spaces with a careful aesthetic, always adapted to the needs and tastes of the owners.
The starting point, which guided all the work, was to achieve the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. For this reason, a modern style with warm and natural touches was chosen, where the furniture of clean lines and fine woods from the firm Ethnicraft stands out, guaranteeing quality and durability. While the palette of neutral tones chosen for the textiles and upholstery reinforces the timeless elegance of the design.
As for the decoration, we have opted for contemporary design pieces combined with contrasting details in blue and handcrafted elements that add character and personality to the home. For the terrace area we opted for functional furniture made of solid teak wood that ensures comfort, elegance and durability.
Every detail of this newly built flat has been designed to enhance the experience of its inhabitants, combining design, comfort and sustainability in a harmonious, functional proposal with its own identity.
