Mallorcan house in the heart of Sineu

Located in the heart of Sineu’s historic centre, this Mallorcan house has been carefully renovated to maintain the essence of local tradition while adapting to a contemporary lifestyle. For this project, the Trends Studio team sought to balance the rustic with the modern with an interior design that respects the history of the house and enhances its authenticity.

The interior design project was conceived with respect for the architectural essence of the house, with exposed stone walls taking centre stage and complemented by cast iron details, which introduce an industrial and refined touch, reinforcing the connection between the historical and the contemporary.

The furniture, carefully selected by our team of interior designers, brings warmth and balance to the spaces. Natural oak pieces such as the Geometric table or the Nordic console table by Ethnicraft blend seamlessly into the environment. Their presence contrasts with the sobriety of harder materials, such as the stone or metal of the Nido coffee table set by Ethnicraft, creating a welcoming and balanced atmosphere.

Textures play a fundamental role in the composition of the space. The roughness of the stone contrasts with the softness of the textiles and upholstery selected for this interior design, which enhance the feeling of comfort and reinforce the timeless elegance of the home. The neutral tones, dominated by beiges, creams and soft greys, are enhanced by small accents of black that add sophistication and visual coherence.

Every detail, from the decorative ceramic elements and vegetation that reinforce the connection with Mediterranean nature, to the circular mirrors that visually enlarge the spaces, contributes to a balanced and understated aesthetic.

The result is a home that exudes equal parts Mallorcan tradition and modernity, where every detail has been thought out by our team of interior designers to enjoy a relaxed life in harmony with the surroundings.
