HOUSE IN SA FONT SECA

Trends Home’s team of interior designers carried out the interior design of this stunning house located in Sa Font Seca with views of the Tramuntana mountains. Calm, harmony and balance with the surroundings were the pillars that guided our experts in transforming this house into the home of the owners’ dreams.

To highlight the open spaces and natural light in each of the rooms, we opted for a furniture base in natural oak wood, a feature that achieves visually larger spaces and which, combined with the neutral colours that predominate in the house, in beige and cream, provide warmth and continuity and create a timeless stylistic base that will continue to stand out for its class and elegance in the future.

In this project, a functional and classic selection with modern touches was chosen for the furnishings. The Mikado dining table, the Mellow modular sofa or the Tripod coffee table, all from Ethnicraft, are examples of this. The master bedroom was given extra warmth and comfort with the upholstered Cala bed and a number of different textured cushions and textiles.

The Nordic-Mediterranean decorative style that the owners were looking for, and which fits in perfectly with the essence of the house, was achieved by adding decorative details in green, which help to add warmth to the interior and balance it with the exterior.

This large detached house also has a spectacular outdoor space with a swimming pool, kitchen, dining room and lounge area with views of the Tramuntana mountains. To ensure comfort, elegance and durability, solid teak wood furniture was selected along with multiple textiles.

This combination of textures, finishes and natural materials achieves the homely, relaxed and functional atmosphere that the owners were looking for.
