FLAT IN MARQUES DE LA CENIA

At Trends Studio, we developed the furnishing project for this renovated flat in Marqués de Cenia (Palma), working closely with the architect to achieve a coherent and harmonious result from the conception of the space to its final finish. The common goal was to create a fluid, warm and elegant home, respecting the client’s wishes and needs.

To furnish each room, our team, working closely with the architect/interior designer, carefully selected each piece to highlight the beauty of each room. For this reason, we opted to combine different types of solid wood, notably the Base table for the dining room and the various pieces by Ethnicraft, to achieve a pleasant and timeless contemporary style.

The predominant colours, such as the grey of the living room upholstery, the linen curtains with a perfect wave finish and the beige tones of the bedroom, are contrasted with elegant details in black and mustard, creating a harmonious continuity throughout all the rooms in this home. The homely and organic touch was achieved by mixing textures, finishes and natural elements such as dried flowers and placemats.

This project stands out not only for its beauty and style, but also for the mix of functional pieces such as rugs, shelving and armchairs, which add extra comfort and define the different rooms in this open-plan home.
