The property, located just a few metres from the coast, is a renovated single-family building that stands out for its unique details with a lot of character, such as the exposed white beams or the Mallorcan shutters, which are blended to perfection with a contemporary aesthetic with Mediterranean accents.
The colour palette is inspired by the colours of the island of Mallorca with sandy tones that vary subtly between beige, taupe and grey, giving a homely and relaxed feel to all the rooms combined with accents of colour, such as black, which provide the perfect counterpoint to the décor of this family home.
To create a stylish environment that is conducive to living and supports the family’s lifestyle, our team chose versatile furnishings and décor, made from natural and sustainable materials where the recycled teak wood present in the dining table, the TV cabinet or the Danout armchairs, both by PLM Design, stands out. The colour of the teak combined with the unique character of the recycled wood makes these pieces not only functional but also focal points of the interior design.
The pleasing simplicity of the open concept architecture is born with a clear objective, to create a fluid, soft and functional environment. To avoid cold spaces without personality, natural furnishings were selected to provide warmth, such as the Park sofa or the textiles in the bedrooms. The homely and organic touch was achieved by mixing textures, finishes and colours such as the paintings or the rope seats.
One of the jewels of this holiday home is its large patio with swimming pool, sunbathing area and outdoor dining area. To convey the comfortable and practical character of the house, hammocks, a side table, dining table and chairs in neutral colours were added, giving all the prominence to the swimming pool and accessories such as the candle holders or the outdoor brazier
