Impressive two-storey flat with views of the Mediterranean Sea located in Torrenova in which we had the pleasure of working on the interior design of the house with a warm and functional style.

This refurbished flat stands out for the excellent choice of architectural details, such as the layout, the marble of the kitchen or the stone front where the fireplace and the television are located. All this, mixed with a Nordic aesthetic with Mediterranean accents that combine and highlight the relaxed and calm character of the house.

The palette of neutral and earthy colours chosen ranges from raw tones to the darkest taupe greys, providing the home with continuity between all the rooms, serenity and light. These tones have been highlighted with accents of black colour that combine with the handles and switches, giving the perfect counterpoint to the decoration.

To make this two-storey flat the perfect home for this couple, our specialists chose as a base a versatile, high quality and durable furniture, made of natural materials where the solid oak wood present in the sideboards, coffee tables or the desk, all from Ethnicraft, stands out. The versatility of colours and finishes of this type of wood give warmth to the house, turning these pieces into focal points of the design.

To increase the feeling of light and avoid cold spaces, upholstered furniture was selected to provide warmth, such as the Oslo sofa, the Senso upholstered bed or the textiles in the bedrooms. The homely and organic touch was achieved by mixing textures and colours such as paintings or decorative trays.

The functionality and openness of the architecture is born with a clear objective, to create a fluid, soft and functional environment directed towards the exterior. This duplex not only stands out for its great distribution, finishes and style, but also for the impressive views from its two terraces located directly over the Mediterranean Sea. Our specialists decided the furniture according to the use of each terrace, converting the main terrace into an outdoor living-dining room and the secondary terrace into a solarium where you can enjoy the sun and the views.
