About This Project

Unique and very personal. This renovated property, which is situated on the coast of Santa Ponça, has spectacular sea views.

It is a second residence in which the living room is a main feature with a modular sofa that fits to perfection with the surroundings and allows all the family to be comfortable and enjoy the relaxing views.

Earth tones are predominate and are mixed with light coloured woods in the design. The black touches, the natural details and the refreshing textiles highlight the property´s mediterranean style.

All the elements that define this project are in tuning with the architecture to enhance the qualities of the property and harmonize the different spaces with the idyllic surroundings.
