This original family home, refurbished by the Riusech construction company and located in Pollença, stands out for the modernist lines of its interior design, which contrasts, to a large extent, with the rustic surroundings.
The unique and particular characteristics of this family home, such as the ceiling mouldings, the tile colour of the fireplace or the stone kitchen, served as a starting point for this very particular interior design project.
Our team of interior designers selected timeless and high quality pieces such as the sofa or the oak wood furniture from Ethnicraft, to give serenity to each of the rooms while creating continuity between them.
Another important objective was to enhance the natural light of the house from the large windows, as well as the Zarci stone floors. For this purpose, linen textiles in neutral colours were chosen, which have the capacity to give a warm and homely touch, being much cooler to the touch than other materials.
The earth tones in all their variants that predominate in this project are contrasted by details in black, dark blue and ochre, creating a rich palette of colours characteristic of the Mediterranean.
The outdoor area is a continuation of the comfortable and timeless style of the interior, a detail that contrasts elegantly with the surroundings.
