At 65, this Baghdad-born architect had become famous around the world for her neo-constructivist drawings, for being the first woman to receive the <strong>Pritzker Prize<\/strong> (the Nobel of architecture), and for her Arts Center in Cincinnati, a tower in Moscow, a bridge in Taiwan and the London 2012 Olympic Aquatics Centre, to name just a few of the works of her career.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If there was one thing that defined her, it was her conviction and passion for avant-garde architecture from the very beginning. Her bold forms and powerful plastic expression left their mark not only on architecture but also on industrial design, interior design and fashion.
